El Profesor Francisco Beltrán Carbajal es Ingeniero Electromecánico por el Instituto Tecnológico de Zacatepec y Doctor en Ciencias en Ingeniería Eléctrica en la especialidad de Mecatrónica por el CINVESTAV del Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN).

Actualmente es un Profesor Titular de Carrera Nivel C de Tiempo Completo dentro del Departamento de Energía de la División de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería de la Unidad Azcapotzalco de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM).
