Research Networks

Promoting collaborative and multidisciplinary work

Creating synergies among research groups

The UAM Research Networks Program is an effort to promote collaboration among research groups within the institution. Its main commitment and priority are to promote collective work among different research areas, to encourage efficient use of university infrastructure, and to promote collaborative research with other institutions and external organizations.

By fostering collective work, UAM recognizes that interdisciplinary collaboration, both nationally and internationally, can lead to more comprehensive and creative solutions to today's challenges.
Collaborative research not only enriches knowledge, but also expands funding opportunities and strengthens academic relationships, resulting in more ambitious and impactful projects.

Currently, UAM has

12

functioning Research Networks.
