Profile

Professor Mónica Gutiérrez Rojas holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences. She works as a Researcher and Laboratory and Workshop Technician.

She collaborates on research projects on Agri-Food Quality and Safety. She develops lines of research based on parameters of Quality, Plant Health, and Agri-Food Health and Safety according to the application of Good Agricultural Practices in producing Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.
