Profile
Professor Alejandro José De la Mora Ochoa earned a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) at the Institute of Anthropological Research. He taught at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, the National Autonomous University of Mexico, and the University of La Plata (Argentina).
He served as the Coordinator of the Seminar on Otomanguean Languages and advised approximately fifty undergraduate, master’s, and specialization theses on topics related to phonology, intonation, discourse analysis, language and culture, ethnomethodology, and language acquisition and loss.
