Dr. Eduardo Luciano Tadeo Hernández is a professor-researcher at the Department of Politics and Culture of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Xochimilco Campus and a member of the National System of Researchers (Candidate). Doctor in Communication from IBERO, master in Asian and African Studies from El Colmex and internationalist from UPAEP. He is co-founder of the Mexican Circle of Korean Studies (CMEC) and a member of the Study Group on Eurasia (GESE), the Initiative for Cultural Diplomacy in North America (NACDI) and the International Studies Association (ISA).

He has worked as an advisor on security and international relations issues in the Mexican Congress and supported academic cooperation projects between Mexico and various countries, such as Germany and Canada. She has 10 years of teaching experience teaching subjects related to classical and contemporary theories of International Relations, Asia-Pacific studies, Culture and Globalization, Gender and International Relations and Foreign Policy, in various Mexican universities.

His lines of research are: foreign policy and diplomacy, the public and cultural diplomacy of diasporas and non-state actors; gender issues, communication and international relations, with a focus on Mexico and the Koreas. His last publications are:
