Profile

Professor Felipe de Jesús Peredo y Rodríguez has a Ph.D. in Theoretical Mathematics, with specializations in Mathematical Analysis, Differential Equations, and Celestial Mechanics and Mathematics at the Center for Research and Advanced Studies of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional.

He subsequently obtained studies in economic theory in the areas of Econometrics, Time Series, General Equilibrium Theory, Macroeconomic Theories, and Monetary policy.

He has had publications in specialized research journals on applied macroeconomics.

He has directed undergraduate and master's thesis on the Theory of general equilibrium and has co-advised master's and doctorate theses in Economics on growth models and time series, in the same way, he has advised doctoral thesis on the dynamic gaming model applied to the commercial banking and the regulatory agency (2018) and has co-advised in a master's thesis in Economic Sciences on the Keynesian model of 3 equations for closed economy for the analysis of monetary policy in Mexico 1994-2007.
