Luis A. V´asquez-Toledo was born in Juchitán Oaxaca, Mexico, in November 1985. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronics and communications engineering in 2008 and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Center for Research Advanced Studies (CINVESTAV-IPN), Mexico City.

He has participated in national and international conferences and colloquiums, and belonged to the Telephony and Printed Circuits Laboratory of CINVESTAV-Zacatenco, Communications Section.

He is a Professor at the UAM Iztapalapa and PCyTI, since 2018. His research interest includes, but is not limited to, performance evaluation, teletraffic analysis, resource management of wireless mobile communications networks and data transmission in cellular networks and wireless sensor networks.
