Profile

Professor Jorge Antonio Ludlow Wiechers studied the Degree in Mathematics at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), the Master's degree and the Doctorate in Mathematical Sciences at the Centro de Investigación y de Estudios Avanzados (Cinvestav) of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN).

He has been Professor Level C since 1989 and full-time since 1974 at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM). He has been a professor at El Colegio de México, at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia and Visiting Professor at Iowa State University, United States.

He has been a member of the Conacyt Magazine Committee, the Advisory Forum and the Committee of the General Postgraduate Program in Economics of the UAM.

He is currently a Professor and Researcher in the Department of Economics of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities of the UAM, Azcapotzalco Campus, where he teaches in the Bachelor of Economics.
