Professor Liliana María Fort Chávez received her law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and her Master's and Ph.D. of Law from the Universitá degli Studi di Roma "La Sapienza".

Professor Fort has been Coordinator of the Area of Theory and Philosophy of Law, Surveyor of the institutional environmental plan, Representative of the Department of Law, at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Azcapotzalco Campus where she currently teaches in the Department of Law of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities.
