Profile
Professor Gerardo Chávez Esquivel studied his Bachelor´s degree in Chemical Engineering (2004-2009) and MSc (2010-2013) in Chemical Engineering Sciences, working in the line of heterogeneous catalysis, and he received the university merit medal; he studied for his Ph.D. (2013-2017) in Chemical Engineering Sciences, studying the effect of the thermo-alkali process of biopolymer materials used in the food industry at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Iztapalapa Campus. Post-doctoral stay at the Institute of Physics of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) 2017-2019, working on the synthesis and characterization of thin films of conductive mixed oxides.
