Professor Teresa Villanueva Gutiérrez studied a Bachelor's Degree in Stomatology at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Xochimilco Campus. Her Master's Degree in Dental Sciences, Oral Public Health at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). She has a Diploma in Pediatric Dentistry, COOD.
Within her area of research is the investigation of dental anomalies that affect oral health and quality of life and the identification of risk factors in oral diseases.
