Professor Fernando Marcelo Shultz Morales holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) and a Master of Arts in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles.

He is currently a Professor and Researcher in the Department of Environment of the Division of Sciences and Arts for Design at UAM Azcapotzalco Campus.
