Professor Graciela Irma Bensusan Areous is a Full-Time Professor at the Department of Social Relations of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Xochimilco Campus of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM).

She received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM).
