Profile
Professor Jorge Cervantes Ojeda has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He holds a Master's degree in Science (Computer Science) from UNAM. He is an Electronics Engineer (Digital Systems) from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM).
He worked eight years at Alcatel as a software designer for digital telephone exchanges, of which 3.5 years were in the city of Antwerp, Belgium.
He is currently an Associate Professor at UAM Cuajimalpa Campus for the Department of Applied Mathematics and Systems. His research has been in Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and Applications of Evolutionary Computation in Graph Theory.
