Doctor Jorge Enrique Culebro Moreno is a Professor of the Department of Institutional Studies of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Cuajimalpa Campus, Coordinator of the Academic Group Public Management and Social Development -GEPDESO-, responsible for the Institutional Analysis Seminar of the graduate program in CSH, as well as the Laboratory of Institutional and Organizational Analysis (LAIO). Responsible for the Research Program on Crisis and Crisis Management. Member of the Migration Studies Seminar of the Graduate Program.

He has been a Coordinator of Studies of the Bachelor's Degrees in Administration and Law; a member of the Divisional Council, Academic Council, Academic College, and various commissions for the same institution. Doctorate in Administration and Organizational Theory (Doctor Raerum Politicarum) from the University of Bergen, Norway, Department of Administration and Organizational Theory. Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, exchange studies at the Graduate School of Public Administration of the University of Colorado at Denver. Law degree from FES-Acatlán, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and Journalism degree from Escuela Carlos Septién García. Postgraduate studies at the Hague Academy of International Law, The Hague, The Netherlands.

He is currently a member of SNI, Level II, PROMEP desirable profile, and Research Fellow of the Center for Organizational Research and Design at Arizona State University. (COORD), member of the Editorial Committee of INAP. Areas of interest: Regulation, administrative reform, social welfare systems, institutional and organizational analysis, Crisis and Disaster Coordination and Management.

Current funded projects: Crisis management and Covid in Mexico. Organizational / institutional analysis. Fragmentation and coordination in social policy, the case of the Habitat program.
