Profile
Professor Laura Georgina Núñez García has a degree in Hydrobiology and a Master's degree in Biology from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM). Ph.D. in Education and Academic Technician of the Department of Hydrobiology, in the Area of Integral Management of Aquatic Resources, at the UAM Iztapalapa Campus. Her lines of research include Aquaculture: Live Food and Developmental Biology, among others.
She has participated in different research projects for more than 15 years, including social services, research projects (PDI), publication of articles, and presentations at specialized events. Within the field of aquaculture, aquaculture health, live food production, social environment of aquatic environments, development of life histories of aquatic organisms, diversity in biosphere reserves, and environmental education.
