Professor Ana Carolina Robles Salvador is attached to the Department of Arts and Humanities of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Lerma Campus. She is a Graphic Designer and Master in Sciences and Arts for Design. Ph.D. candidate in Transdisciplinary Studies of Culture with the thesis ¿No tocar? La norma corporal en la recepción del arte digital.

She is a member of the Research Group Technological Explorations in the Arts, and her research areas are reception-production relations in art and design; processes of identification and collective memory in cultural change; and archive, languages, communication and interdiscipline.

She coordinated the Graduate Program in Design from 2007 to 2009 at UAM Azcapotzalco Campus. She is currently the Coordinator of the Digital Art and Communication Degree Program at UAM Lerma Campus.
