Profile

Professor Silvia Gutiérrez Vidrio is a Full-Time Professor at the Department of Education and Communication of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Xochimilco Campus of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM).

She holds a B.A. in Modern Literature (Specialization in English Literature) from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM); Master´s in Applied Linguistics from the University of Lancaster, England and a Ph.D. in Sociology from the UNAM.
