Profile
Professor Arturo Lizardi Ramos was born in Mexico City. He has held the following positions: Specialty in Pressure Vessels and Steam Generators (1990-1993); Servicios de Ingeniería en Inoxidable S.A de C.V. (1993-1998); Pemex Gas y Petroquímica Básica, C.P.G. Cactus (1997); Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Azcapotzalco Campus (1997- to date).
Currently, he is a Professor at the UAM Azcapotzalco Campus at the Department of Energy, Thermofluids Area. The courses he has taught are related to transport phenomena and thermodynamics. He teaches an average of 3 UEA per quarter. He has directed about 45 terminal or integration projects.
The research works he has participated in are related to the use of conservation equations for systems that have applications in industry. The above to propose new designs or to have a better understanding of the behavior of these systems. From 1995 to 2019, he participated, either as author or co-author, in 350 papers that were presented in colloquia or congresses or published in scientific journals. He currently publishes, on average, four papers per year. He has been responsible for three research projects and is also responsible for the academic body "Optimal use of energy and environmental assessment and restoration", which is classified as Consolidated.
