Professor Georgina Ramírez Sandoval holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) (1984); a Master's Degree in Metropolitan Planning from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Azcapotzalco Campus (1991); a Master's Degree in Territorial and Urban Policy (1992) from the Carlos III University of Madrid; and a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from the UNAM (2010).

He has participated in Research Groups: In PROMEP, she is responsible for the Research Group "Learning in Community Habitat"; She works on the following research topics: Public Space and Popular Housing. She is awaiting resolution of the PRODEP Profile resolution process. CONACYT.

She has teaching experience at the Azcapotzalco Campus; at CyAD, she was Associate Professor from 1994 to 2008; she is a member of the Department of Research and Knowledge. She participated in the Theory and History of Architecture Collective. Updating: Online Teaching Course for Architecture and Urbanism, University of Salamanca (2019) with certificate; The Classroom of the Future, UNAM (2019-2020), with certificate; Sustainable Architecture and Urbanism, University of Salamanca (2020).

She teaches the subjects Theory and History of Architecture from the course I to Course VI Architectural Design Workshop; Architecture Workshop; and Terminal Workshop in the Bachelor of Architecture of the Division of Sciences and Arts for Design. She has participated in classes in the Master in Metropolitan Public Policies, Division of Social Sciences of the Azcapotzalco Campus; director of some Thesis Works, and reader of others in the Postgraduate in Design of the Azcapotzalco Campus. Currently, co-coordinator of the 2nd IBERO-AMERICAN Diploma in sustainable participative design of habitat: As a tool for the production and social management of habitat and for the exercise of rights.
