Dr. Juan Héctor Arredondo Ruiz holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the University of Vienna (Austria), as well as a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He has been a full-time faculty member at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Iztapalapa since 1988.
He serves as a Full-Time Professor (Level C) in the Department of Mathematics within the Division of Basic Sciences and Engineering at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Unidad Iztapalapa.
His research encompasses mathematical physics, functional analysis, nonlinear semigroup theory, and the development of computational methods for rigorous mathematical proofs. His recent contributions focus on advanced extensions of Fourier analysis and applications of the Fourier Transform in both classical and applied mathematical theory.
