Profile

Professor Elsa Cristina Roque Fourcade is a Lawyer, Master in Law and Doctor in Law and Social Sciences. Professor at the Law Department of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Azcapotzalco Campus. Coordinator of the "Constitutional Theory and Administration and Public Finance Regime". Member of the Environmental Law Research Group. From September 2016 to February 2020: Responsible for the Area of Knowledge "Environmental Law" of the Master's Degree in Law of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Azcapotzalco Campus.

As an author, she has published the following books: "Public Utility and Rule of Rights" (2020), "Administrative Law. Four current issues" (2017), "Legal Status of 'Lagunas de Chacahua'. Elemento para reflexionar sobre las causas de daño al ambiente" (2013), "Responsabilidad de Servidores Públicos. Impeachment and declaration of proceeding" (2011). As Co-author "Derechos Fundamentales. Análisis jurídico y de casos" (2020), "Los Humedales: Su sustentabilidad en México" (2016).
"Forests. Plundering and governmental decontrol" (2011) "From Saying to Doing. The ideals of the Mexican Revolution" (2010) The Mexican Regime of Concessions for the Exploration and Exploitation of Minerals. La irrevocabilidad como supuesto de privatización del Derecho Administrativo, in "Minería en México: una visión multidimensional" (2012) and of Revista, author of "El Daño al Ambiente: Entidad Jurídica para la obligación de reparación" (2019).
