Professor Ana Luisa Del Castillo Gonzalez is a Full-Time Professor at the Department of Health Care of the Division of Biological and Health Sciences at the Xochimilco Campus of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM).

Professor Del Castillo Gonzalez is a teacher of Primary Education from the National School of Teachers, a surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences and Microbial Genetics from the Faculty of Medicine of the UNAM. She also holds a Master's degree in Family and Couple Therapy from the Instituto de la Familia A.C. and a Ph.D. in Psychoanalysis from the UIC.
