Profile
Doctor Guillermo Martínez Atilano holds a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), a Diploma in Advanced Econometrics from the Instituto Tecnológico de México (ITAM) and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Russian Academy of Sciences ILA-RAN. He teaches Econometrics, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. He speaks Russian, English and French.
He develops in the area of Macroeconomics of Pension Systems from the perspective of Savings. Microeconomics of water resources and water economics, especially on the problems of water scarcity and competition for agricultural, industrial, and urban water use.
