Professor Dulce María Granja Castro de Probert studied her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in Philosophy at the Universidad Iberoamericana with the theses: "Comparison between the method of transcendental metaphysics and the method of transcendental metaphysics", "The notion of `transcendental' in Kantian philosophy" and "The notion of 'a priori' in the transcendental method", respectively.

She is a Full-Time Research Professor at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Iztapalapa Campus, in the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities. Coordinator of the bilingual edition of the complete works of Kant: Immanuel Kant Library Collection of the Fondo de Cultura Económica, Coordinator of the research project Centro de Documentación Kantiana, and Member of the Academic Group Philosophy of Action.

She obtained an Honorable Mention in her undergraduate and doctoral exams. She was the winner of the Open Competition for the position of Professor of Kantian Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), in May 1984; National Prize of Editorial Art for the publication of the Critical-Bilingual German-Spanish editions of the Works of Kant, National Chamber of the Editorial Industry (CANIEM Award), Mexico 2005; Founding member of the SEKLE, Society of Kantian Studies in Spanish Language, Madrid, Spain. Appointment July 20, 2017.

She has taught more than 40 courses at the Graduate level and more than 220 courses at the bachelor's level. She has supervised 25 Bachelor's theses, 15 Master's theses, and 9 Doctoral theses. She has published nine books as an author, 11 edited books, nine translated books, 23 chapters in books, seven forewords and introductory studies, three translated articles, 18 articles, four reviews, and 53 conferences and papers presented at congresses.
