Professor José Luis Eduardo Flores Sáenz is a Full-Time Professor at the Department of Health Sciences of the Division of Biological and Health Sciences of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Iztapalapa Campus. He studied medicine in Moscow, at the Faculty of Medicine of the Peoples' Friendship University.
