Professor Eduardo Gámez Valdés is a medical graduate from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), with a specialty in internal and nuclear medicine. He also has a master's degree and a doctorate in Continuing Education.

He has been a Professor for 35 years at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), which has allowed him to know the environment. He has also participated in the Acupuncture article issued by the Iztapalapa Campus.

Professor Gámez has also been recognized for the social service work done for the Tulyehualco property, called Valoración de pie diabético (Diabetic foot assessment).
