Professor Lidia Graciela Girola Molina has a degree in Sociology from the National University of Buenos Aires, Argentina; She has a Master´s and a Doctorate in Sociology from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). Profile PRODEP of the Secretariat of Public Education

The lines of research that she works are the sociological theory of Talcott Parsons; Conceptual changes in Mexican sociology; History of sociology in Mexico; Sociological theories of modernity, and imaginaries and social representations.
