Professor Ivonne Michelle Heuze de Icaza has a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Zootechnist Doctor and a Master's Degree in Biology of the Reproduction at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Xochimilco Campus, and a Doctorate in Biological Sciences and Health. Medal to the university merit. She studied at the Sorbonne of Paris and has had stays in the science of laboratory animals at Pasteur Institute, Paris; Cempalab, Cuba; Scripps Research Institute, City of Hope, United States, Canada and Garvan Institute, Australia.
Coordinator of the production unit and experimentation of laboratory animals - Bioterio of the UAM Xochimilco Campus, of which she performed and directed the design and integral planning.
She has the specialization in Graduation of Laboratory Animal with the certification of the professional practice of medicine and zootecnia (Concertet) in science of laboratory animals since 2006 to date.
