Professor Carlos Gómez Chiñas has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), a Master´s in Economic Teaching, by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), and a Doctorate in Economic Sciences by the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN).
