Professor Laura Elvira Serratos Zavala has a bachelor's degree in graphic communication design from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), Azcapotzalco Campus, and a Master's Degree in Contemporary Art in Mexico from the Centro Universitario de Integración Humanística (CUHI).
She has been a professor at the UAM Azcapotzalco Campus for more than 25 years, teaching various UEA as primary language, design systems, aesthetics, visual perception and cognition, culture of the image, visual message, signs and basics systems Design theorists, among others; and teacher at the Design School of La Salle University for 12 years.
Member of the Research Area "Analysis and Design Prospective" of the Research and Knowledge Department of the UAM Azcapotzalco Campus.
Member of the External Editorial Committee, Editorial Line (Periodic Publication), 24-hour service workshop, Design Research Magazine, edited and published by UAM Azcapotzalco Campus, Division of Sciences and Arts for Design, Department of Research and Design knowledge.
