Professor Francisco Javier Uribe Sánchez has a Ph.D. in Physics from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). He is a Professor at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Iztapalapa Campus. He belongs to the Basic Sciences and Engineering Division of the Department of Physics of the UAM Iztapalapa Campus.
Its research area is the statistical and dynamic mechanics of fluids, and his lines of research vary between kinetic theory, shock waves, thermodynamics, and stochastic processes. His specialty is kinetic theory.
