Professor Alejandro Antonio Lloret Rivas is a Full-Time Professor at the Department of Health Care of the Division of Biological and Health Sciences at the Xochimilco Campus of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM).

He completed his undergraduate studies to obtain his degree in Medicine, Surgeon and Midwifery at the Escuela Superior de Medicina, Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN,1969-1975). He obtained his degree on April 30, 1976. He completed postgraduate studies to obtain the Specialty of Medical Doctor in Psychiatry at the Mental Health Directorate of the Secretariat of Health and Assistance (1976-1979). Degree obtained on February 28, 1979. Studied for the International Master's Degree in Information Management under the auspices of the UNESCO Chair in Information Management in Organizations Participating Universities: University of Havana, Cuba Faculty of Economics University of Murcia, Spain Faculty of Communication and Documentation, Host University: Xochimilco Campus of the UAM, in the Academic Improvement Program. Obtained his degree on December 4, 2006. He also studied in the Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Documentation at the University of Murcia, Spain, Faculty of Documentation and Communication. He obtained his degree on September 30, 2008. D. in Current Techniques and Methods in Communication and Documentation with Cum Laude from the University of Murcia, Spain, Faculty of Documentation and Communication. Obtained the degree on May 21, 2012.
