Professor Rafael Julio Pérez Miranda holds a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a specialization in International Economic Law and Intellectual Property. He is currently Professor and Researcher in the Department of Law of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Azcapotzalco Campus, where he teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
