Professor Oscar Enrique Hernández Razo studied a degree in Communication at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) with a pre-specialty in Research and Teaching. He holds a Master's and Ph.D. in Science (specialization in Educational Research) from the Department of Educational Research at Cinvestav-IPN.

In 2013, he completed a doctoral stay at the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2012 he won the Mexico-Exeter Santander Link Scholarship for a research stay at the Graduate School of Education at the University of Exeter, England.

Since 2014, he has been a Professor in the Department of Cultural Studies at the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) Lerma Campus, where he has collaborated in the development of the curriculum for the Bachelor's Degree in Education and Digital Technologies.

He also participates as technical coordinator of the permanent seminar, "Mediaciones, Narrativas y Artefactos" at Lerma Campus (https://seminariomente.com/).
