Professor Ángel Wilhelm Vázquez García completed a Post-Doctorate in Gender Studies at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Studies from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM), Mexico City, a Master's degree in Organization Studies from the UAM, and a Bachelor's degree in Administration from the UAM. He is a member of the National System of Researchers, Conacyt, Level I. He received the academic merit medal for his postgraduate studies.
His research experience focuses on the analysis of organizations from a cultural perspective, labor inclusion, design, and diagnosis of symbolic structures. Promoter of the visibillization of violence generated by processes of inclusion and exclusion in organizations in various spaces such as conferences, research work, consulting, and courses at undergraduate and graduate levels. He has collaborated as a trainer and intervenor with aspects of organizational behavior, human talent management, organizational climate, and strategic planning in different Mexican governmental organizations at the federal and local levels.
He was a guest professor at the state universities of Morelos, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and Sinaloa in Mexico. Private universities such as La Salle, Cancun, Quintana Roo and Autónoma del Noroeste, Saltillo, Coahuila. Also at postgraduate level at UTH, San Pedro Sula, Honduras and in Colombia: Simon Bolivar, Barranquilla, Universidad Libre, Cali, Universidad Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia, Sogamoso.
He belongs to the research area Strategies and Management of Organizations within the Department of Economic Production at the UAM Xochimilco Campus, Mexico City.
Member of several academic evaluation commissions, referee of publications, and co-editor of the journal "Administración y Organizaciones" of the Department of Economic Production of the Xochimilco Campus.
Member of the academic nucleus of professors of the Postgraduate Program of Organizational Studies of the Iztapalapa Campus and the Integral Program of Administrative Sciences of the Xochimilco Campus. Invited collaborator in the Master in Economics, Management and Innovation Policies of the Xochimilco Campus. Representative of the Mexico City node of the Ibero-American Network of Innovation and Technology Transfer in Furniture Manufacturers (RITMMA).
